Terms and Conditions of Platform Use mu33

1. Introduction

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between the player ("You") and mu33 ("Company", "Platform", "We"), operating under international licensing. This Agreement governs how you use the mu33.one website and all services offered on it, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, mix parlay and all related financial transaction facilities.

By accessing this website, registering an account or using any part of mu33's services, you explicitly and unconditionally agree to be bound by all provisions in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are asked not to use mu33's services.

These terms complement the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are also available on the mu33 website. All three documents are read together as a single comprehensive agreement framework.

2. Player Eligibility

mu33 services are only open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 AND ABOVE on the date of registration. mu33 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.
• Not included on the list of individuals who have voluntarily applied for self-exclusion from gambling through any recognised self-exclusion scheme.
• Possessing full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not registering on behalf of any other individual, company or legal entity.

mu33 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a copy of the identity card (MyKad), passport or other relevant supporting documents. Failure to provide verification documents within the specified period may result in account suspension or temporary closure.

3. Account Registration

Each player is permitted to register ONE (1) ACCOUNT ONLY. Holding more than one active account is a serious breach of these terms and may result in all related accounts being closed and account balances frozen pending completion of an investigation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide true, accurate and current information, including your full name matching your official identification document, an active mobile phone number, a valid email address, and a bank account number or e-wallet for withdrawal purposes. You are responsible for updating this information if any changes occur.

mu33 reserves the right to reject registration applications without providing a reason. This service is not offered to citizens or residents from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited, and it is the player's responsibility to ensure compliance with their local laws.

4. Deposit

mu33 supports a range of deposit methods for the convenience of Malaysian players. Available deposit methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies namely USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposit limits are set as follows:

• Minimum deposit for all methods: RM30
• All deposits are processed immediately upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details entered are accurate. mu33 is not responsible for losses arising from incorrect information provided by the player.

Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name. Use of third-party accounts for deposit purposes is prohibited and may result in the funds being held pending completion of identity verification.

5. Withdrawal

Players may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal for all methods: RM50
• Processing time: 30 MINUTES — 3 HOURS from the time the request is confirmed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or a method that has been verified in the player's name.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not yet been met, withdrawal of bonus funds is not permitted until those requirements are fulfilled.

mu33 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals of certain amounts or where there is activity that requires review. This is a standard security measure that helps protect player accounts.

Withdrawals will be rejected if the player's account is in a suspended status or if there is evidence of a breach of the terms of use. In such cases, mu33 will notify the player via email or an in-account notice.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by mu33 are subject to specific wagering requirements. Players must fully understand these requirements before accepting any bonus.

The mu33 welcome bonus is structured as follows:

• Bonus value: 200% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM500.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus value must be wagered 20x before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Calculation example: deposit RM100 → bonus RM200 → account balance RM300 → total wagering required: RM200 × 20 = RM4,000.
• Another example: deposit RM600 → bonus RM500 → account balance RM1,100 → total wagering required: RM500 × 20 = RM10,000.

mu33 reserves the right to cancel any bonus awarded if there are signs of abuse, including but not limited to: opposing bets, use of multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers, or betting patterns that clearly aim to meet wagering requirements only with no genuine intent to play.

Other promotions such as VIP cashback, referral bonuses, reload bonuses and special festive promotions are subject to their own terms, which will be stated separately for each promotion.

7. Betting and Game Rules

All completed game results and bets are final and cannot be disputed unless a technical error has been confirmed by mu33. In the event of a technical error, mu33 reserves the right to void the game or bet involved and return the original stake to the player.

Players agree to play as individuals and will not use any software or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in games, including automated bots, computer-aided analysis tools, or any form of third-party assistance in real-time gameplay.

Sports betting is subject to the respective rules of each sport. In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or unusual circumstances, mu33 will apply the settlement rules set by the relevant sports betting provider.

mu33 reserves the right to limit the bets of any individual player or specific game category based on internal risk assessment without being required to provide an explanation to the player.

8. Account Security

Each player is fully responsible for keeping their account login details confidential. mu33 will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including email, live chat, phone, or social media. If you receive any such request, please report it to our support team immediately.

Players are advised to:

• Use a strong and unique password specifically for your mu33 account.
• Not share login details with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.
• Report any suspicious activity in your account to mu33 support without delay.

mu33 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurs due to a player's negligence in maintaining their account security. However, we will cooperate fully in any investigation if unauthorised access occurs through a vulnerability in our system.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Accounts

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mu33 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of the account balance:

• Identity fraud or the use of false documents during registration or verification.
• Use of any software, scripts, or automated bots for playing or betting.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit any technical vulnerability on the platform.
• Multi-account betting or colluding with other players to abuse bonuses.
• Money laundering through a gambling account.
• Any form of fraud related to payments or financial transactions.
• Acting in a manner that harasses, threatens, or abuses support staff or other players.

mu33 cooperates with the relevant authorities and reserves the right to disclose player account information to legitimate law enforcement agencies if required in connection with an investigation into illegal activity.

10. Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting mu33 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any eligible account balance will be returned to the player once the review process is complete.

mu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any player's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of a breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• The account has been inactive beyond the specified period.
• There is a legal compliance requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
• A security risk or fraudulent activity has been identified.

For account closures due to security reasons or a breach of terms, mu33 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is complete. The player will be informed of the outcome of the investigation via their registered email.

11. Responsible Gambling

mu33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide self-control tools that players can use to manage their gambling habits, including:

• Setting daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss limits to control the amount of money that can be lost within a given period.

• Technical disruptions, internet disconnection, or hardware failure on the player's end.
• Player errors when entering betting or payment information.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Changes in laws or regulations that affect the availability of the service in certain regions.

In the event of a technical disruption that affects gameplay, mu33 will take reasonable steps to resolve the issue and provide a fair resolution to affected players, based on transaction records stored in our system.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

mu33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on mu33.one, unless otherwise stated.

Players are responsible for reviewing this Terms and Conditions page from time to time. Continued use of the mu33 platform after any changes are published will be considered as your acceptance of the amended terms.

For amendments considered material or significant, mu33 will endeavour to provide notice via email to registered players or through a prominent notice on the website, at least within a reasonable period before the amendment takes effect.

If you do not agree with any changes to these terms, you have the right to close your account by contacting our customer support. Closing your account following an amendment to the terms will not incur any penalty for the player.
